Living rooms
The first living room is located on the ground floor. It has a couch, a SAT TV and exit to terrace, outdoor dining room and a grill area.
The other, larger, living room is located on the first floor. It has SAT TV, a big couch and a beautiful view on Brač island and the beach through the full width sliding window. There is also an exit to the terrace.

Kitchen
Villa has two kitchen, a smaller one on the ground floor and a bigger on the first floor.
Both kitchens are fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven and all the cutlery you need. Dining room is just next to the kitchen (smaller one on the ground floor and a larger one on the first floor).
There is also an outside grill which is at your disposal, with an outdoor dining area.

There are 4 bedrooms in the villa.
First bedroom is on the ground floor, it has a double bed (200x220 cm), private toilet with a bath and a shower.
The other three bedrooms are situated on the first floor. All of them have double bed (200x220cm), two of them have additional sofa beds.

There are 7 bathrooms in the villa. Each bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and a sink.
Every room has its own bathroom. There is a big, common bathroom on the first floor with a bathtub.
There is also a shower in the gym and sauna area.

Swimming pools
There are 2 swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) and a rooftop jacuzzi.
The outdoor heated pool is 12m long and 6m wide. There is a sun deck with 10 sunbeds at your disposal. The pool is surrounded with a garden, and there is an exit to the sandy beach and the sea.
The indoor heated pool is 6x2.4m big and it is equipped with massage program, as well as countercurrent swimming program.
The jacuzzi is 14m2 big, it is located on the top of the villa where you have a stunning view on the beach, sea and island Brač. There is also a outdoor livingroom next to the jacuzzi.

Terraces
There are couple of terraces in the Villa. The one on the ground floor is connected to the grill area, it has a dining table and chairs and serves as an outdoor dining area.
The one on the first floor has a view on the beach, is equipped with table and chairs and is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a bottle of vine.
Another one is located on the roof of the villa, next to the jacuzzi. It is also equipped with chairs and a table. The view from this terrace is stunning.

The villa is located just above one of the most beautiful beaches in the area.
Duće is famous for its sandy beaches and the beautifull, crystal clear sea.
You can exit to the beach through the outside pool area.
